As to the question about card leaving SF, this was because card only had a couple dozen people in SF. It is a huge pain in the a– dealing with incremental locations and we just weren't getting the necessary value out of SF given the cost of an extra location.

Well there's one tech lead that I won't miss...
We re-org regularly here, but it's just moving people around. So far we have not had any layoffs related to the downturn and don't have any plans to have layoffs although we have slowed hiring significantly
