Steve is the right guy for the job. If anyone can turn Teradata back in the right direction it will be Steve. He will take the time to ensure he is making the right decisions and is very calculated but is not afraid to be bold.
He welcomes feedback and will listen to his subordinates but at the end of the day he is willing to go against them if it is the right decision.
He is a big proponent of empowering employees to make decisions at all levels.
