Thread regarding Honeywell International Inc. layoffs

Recognition on Q2 Aero townhall. Time to recognize the guys and gals on the shop floor.

It’s great that we are recognizing people for sales and inventory reduction etc. But look at downstream and how ISC at the shop floor is sacrificing to make this business to continue. This continues to be a “throw it over the fench” and get beat down for not hitting our numbers.

ISC guy was good otherwise a downer townhall
Not motivational, meet milestones, figure out your personal situation, get back to work, most of people at home not productive

Good thing we will all be in line for Madman's "permanent solution" by end of year.
(but keep working! don't be distracted by the body bags being loaded)

We will also get beat down for not hitting milestones. With all the staggered furloughs across the various groups (Aero/HCE) being in different weeks (let's not forget different regions having different furloughs) it seems like every week someone you need to talk to is OOO and they're back when youre OOO so you miss out on any useful info for 2+ weeks.

Feels like we are being setup to fail and if we succeed, well that will be proof that they can squeeze in more furloughs later in q3 and q4
