Info on severance?

Is it the usual package or have they made any changes?

So, is it one week of pay for each year worked?

All the information is in the Reduction in Force policy on intranet, which I checked after my manager lied the day before layoffs saying "no one has told him anything." No one asked the question in the meeting; he felt the need to bring that up so I checked the policy. How many weeks of pay and insurance is based off tenure.

Oh yeah, but Gulfstream made sure to lock out temporarily laid off employees from the policies on intranet so you can't even see your rights. What a surprise 🤦

As far as I know, we are due x number of weeks based on our seniority which is define in the RIF policy + 4 months COBRA.

But nothing official from GAC until May 15. Hopefully, the next 10 days isn't a brainstorm on how to f— us up a little bit more, now that they managed to get out of the WARN act.
