Remember that post where someone mentioned looking up property records and sending their grievances to management? Well, assuming you share your real name here, and assuming you own property in the Savannah area, people could do the same to you, as this information is in the public domain. You could end up with a mailbox full of crusty t–ds from a bunch of angry people, which is absolutely hilarious, but not cool. People are unsettled right now. Go back to remaining anonymous, or better yet, give your real name to recruiters, not the internet.

The difference is that the grievances with management are legitimate whereas us working joes have done everything correct. What are people going to do, send the guy slamming rivets all day a nasty letter for that oversized hole DI from 2013. Maybe they can let him know how mad it makes them when he c-aps on company time or is 2 minutes late from lunch. Obviously management doesn’t listen to us so more creative communication may be an option to some.
From day one the lead says "If you dont hear from me that means your doing your job".
The next guy in line says " Figure it out its not that hard and if you have any questions ask.
I ask questions and he says "Figure it out its not that hard".
I think you have to learn from your mistakes . At least in the dept I was in .
