Thread regarding Aetna layoffs

About another post on here I agree with completely.

I think this is what the person posting a couple comments below this was talking about. I was there for a long time. A few years or more than I would like to admit I was there for. I also agree with this about one trillion percent. It was taken from the indeed review site.

The aetna in woodland hills, california is a collection of employees who have been there for a long time. Meaning all processes are outdated, which means no innovation, and work is doubled. No one is open to new ideas or processes. Senior employees feel that their time with the company allows for them to be unprofessional with no consequence. Management is afraid to speak up and correct those behaviors.. this makes anyone new feel uncomfortable. The work could be less if their processes were improved. But, the environment is absolutely toxic and the pay is awful. I would not recommend working there.

Still true. Teammates wince at the thought of working with CA associates. Not open to talking to clear the air - last time we were accused of attacking them. Saw them sending IMs making fun of vocabulary choices of a non- CA teammate in a live meeting . Everyone saw it. Good riddance.

Does anyone else working at this facility agree with me on this.
