Left a while ago, but really sad to see how much worse GAC got. A playground of managers playing favorites to the points of ruining billion dollar programs and losing talent thats hard to find. Not surprised to hear about whats going on at paint shop or engineering. Lots of TSII and TSIII laid off last friday which is shocking even for GAC. Thought all the bullying and backstab culture of GAC caught up with it for last year layoffs, but this is so much worse. Lots of s—ups still left behind, wouldnt be surprised if GAC got close to a collapse.
For those laid off, its hard to hear, but this could be an escape from what has to be one of the worst places to work for your mental health.
