That made me laugh. Field techs are still out there.
Typical corporate BS. Not one word about all of the exposure WS is putting their techs thru in the field while the top brass, like Lorenzo here hides out at home. They say they are going to call customers to ask some exposure questions before dispatching but nobody does so then they have the field tech call and ask the customer exposure questions!! If A customer is waiting for service upgrade or repairs and you ask them covid exposure questions, do you think they will be completely honest? Go take another nap Lorenzo, the field techs are working...
