I worked hard, put out quality work in under hours time, since I have been working for Gulfstream they have been constantly chipping away at the Floor workers benefits, and giving piddly raises even in the best of economic times. We are the people who make this Company money, but we are the ones who pay for bad upper management decisions. They keep building more buildings, putting out Jets that undermine the planes already providing good sales...G650,G550, lets put out a new plane to keep potential buyers from purchasing these tried and true planes. Meanwhile other companies are coming out with Supersonic Aircraft- They keep promoting people to more high paying upper management positions. Why is there never a cut in those positions? Gulfstream is losing the best folks because the upper management dosent see they are the ones who run the company, and actually bring in money-not just s— it dry.

The all hands meetings are always such a joke when they bring up some poor mechanic wanting a mach award to talk about integrity. Gulfstream has absolutely no idea what integrity is anymore. They're a joke. And I wish their customers would find out about the shady sh– they do. They'd tank!
I have been working at GAC for 4 years. The place is horrible now, with management being a bunch of liars!
When I first came to work here, there was a "passion for the product" prevalent in the culture. Now, it's all about "making the numbers". Integrity has been knocked to the hot pavement and dismembered. If the customers knew, they would be astounded.
