This company has been a nightmare to work with!!! My daughter can not access her class and has been waiting 11 days for access! Yes...11 days!!! No one in customer service can help, there is no way to speak to a live person and the reps via text and email are NOT helpful!!!! Worst company ever!!!

Duh. They keep laying people off. I don’t know why you think posting this on a thread read by those who were laid off are going to help. Have your kid read the directions again and clear out your cookies.
In my experience, it's either your daughter or her professor who missed a step. If it's the latter (which I'm betting it is), the situation is only as fixable as the professor's response time.
As for you texting the reps?... just stop.
Ummm, there is a pandemic going on ya nitwit. Our CS team are legally unable to be at the office.
Have you tried calling banks where people keep a ga-jillion dollars?! They’re down as well.
I’m the last person to defend Pearson but 99% of students who cannot access materials have created the issue themselves. I’d put $100 odds that your daughter has a self inflicted tech wound that you could never imagine your little snowflake doing.
