Just noticed a couple of posts are now all of a sudden missing, in particular the ones talking about certain high up people in the company. I did find one comment on there along these lines that speaks volumes I think:
The management makes claims to the media and news reports on GS website that they followed CDC guidelines are were doing everything they could to keep employees safe, yet I saw no effort until way after there was a confirmed case. They didn’t care if the workers were protected not to mention their families they go home to which in some cases include “at risk population”. Then they humble brag about all of the supplies and money they’ve given out to various groups. Why is nobody making this known in the media? Are the communities really that intimidated by them?

And where did the HR hack go that said the company had done and were still doing unnecessary things to protect the workers. Funny how they couldn’t answer what those “over the top things” were. That’s how you know it was HR. They just toe the party line and repeat whatever nonsense they are told by management.
This is the most pathetic thing I have ever seen. Just because they supply a lot of jobs for people in the area is no reason to turn a blind eye on the repeated backstabbing and harm to those same residents. I have told people for years that think GS is the best place ever that it is corrupt and they will screw you over in a heartbeat. Just because it hasn’t happened to me yet doesn’t mean I don’t know a lot of truly amazing people that it has happened to and what I likely will encounter at some point. That’s why you should always have a nest egg put back people because I promise you will need it one day.

I reached out to a WTOC reporter. She never called me back. So there's that. People are reaching out. Local stations are just scared.
