RDC minus 1 Director there is still a few Managers that need to go only because they allow wieners to do what they want because they have family problems.
Well sorry to hear about most of the people that was last go. Some of you you get out of life what you put in. There is still some spineless management left in the RDC Complex and you know who you are. Because I have told you so.
Never been RIFed before, but usually when the do it, they hand you info on the terms of the RIF. Info usually contains whether or not you get a severance, if you get back vacation pay, info on if you can continue your insurance. Isn't this standard info? Said they would email it this morning right after the call. But they didn't. Have been in touch with a lawyer who is perplexed I didn't get any of that? He said it is standard to provide that at the time of the notification.

I'm an engineer in RDC. I received the layoff call from my manager and an HR person this morning. It was fun while it lasted I guess.
Over here at the service center most of the ppl that got riffed have been here 20 plus years
