This is what you get with a family owned company. Nothing new here.

As a result, we get a horribly run company, embarassing stock price, garbage football team, burned out train station - I'm getting tired typing but I could go on.

Neopotism at its best, lol. Zero industry experience and born with a silver spoon. So you are born into the Ford family and can jump over everyone else, some even as qualified as your age, just because of your dad. Explains a lot about ethics at Ford and Rivian, very disappointed!

Is she the daughter of the wife or the girlfriend?

How dare you talk about the Princess like that. Guards seize him! Hang and quarter the bloke for a lack of undying allegiance to the Ford crown.

I agree. Her Linkedin resume is impressive. Sort of reminds me of Tommy Boy (sorry Jim about the cousin). Tommy Boy starts, and Richard (David Spade) says "You have a window. And why shouldn't you? You've been here 10 minutes." ... As long as you have mo–ns that defend the castle for the dream of knighthood, this is the byproduct. Alex Trotman's parting shot when Billy became chairman “So now you have your monarchy back, Prince William,”

I'm glad the most qualified candidate was chosen.
