DXC New Orleans Layoff

Does anyone know if these people are redeploying or cutting off employees from New Orleans office?

You’re not safe at 100% billable. Furloughs and lay-offs have started. There’s no incentive money to return to the City or the State since DXC has not hit their payroll/hiring targets and have not received incentives based on a response written by the manager of the place in response to an article calling out DXC’s approach in New Orleans.

They are putting people of furlough in NO office. Do any of you have if L1-L4 non customer facing are safe or not?

Hope layoffs, because working in an office is a waste of company money. We are Digital company and digital means working though the internet , not in some stupid office

They have to give a bunch of money back to the city/state if they don't keep a certain number of jobs they promised in the city when they got their tax credits for locating there. That's why mgmt tries to get people to move to their "center of excellence" periodically. As long as you are 100% billable, you're probably safe.
