I think Jim Hackett is a visionary thinker. That is alright for a company turn around, but it seems that was applied too heavily in the last 3 years when he should've balanced out some short-term planning along with the long-term planning and now the ship is running into rough water as a result. He really needs to pay attention to some of the details and address some of the current issues that cause the company to move so slowly.
Well the answer that we have to analyze what you're asking. If we think about it in the near-term we're going to miss what's farther out and where things are evolving towards rapidly changing mobility environment. So if we stand back and look at it, we have to ask ourselves is this the question that we want to answer, and should we wait until the future to answer it.
