Pay rises and bonuses are canned so Savino's performance bonus can increase?
I work near some remaining DXC employees and they are so grumpy. Why is it so?
In the the new CEO out with a lot of Employees. It's the same any new era in the history books. Nothing different.
same old mikey
Seems to be a lot more than 150 people in ANZ. 6 L6-7 program managers that perform client billable work were let go.
So the short man in the corner says his goal is to save jobs, tells us how much of a challenge it is to be at home with his kids, all the late night meetings, cries to let us know how much pressure he's under and how its so tough to be him.. He puts on the facade of a caring and sharing "leader" and without blinking sacks 150 people in the 1st month of the FY. He's nothing more than a bully, just ask anyone on his SLT but of course they stay silent and are therefore complicit
Who's he kidding? (well obviously the fawning HR, marketing and comms ladies). Bottom line is that they didn't just pick 150 people out of a hat with a few days notice. All the time he was crying to us he knew this was going to happen. This company is toxic and it starts at the top. There are never ending reviews of who is billable vs non-billable, building up the lists for the next round of cost reductions so financials can be engineered to ensure executive bonuses. (Forced annual leave to meet quarterly profit targets anyone?).
The only way Sal will improve DXC is to "refresh" the Regional leaders, particularly in ANZ. My suggestion to everyone is to keep looking and get out.
To the 150 lucky ones - welcome to a better world outside of DXC. How many supported Australian Federal Government accounts?
To the 150 lucky ones - welcome to life outside of Club Toxic.
Why did we think he would be any different, I'm mad at myself for being hopeful. Just same old Mikey
