Touch labor has been shielded for the most part in the last several RIFS. This time it is going to have to be hit. Hard to make airplanes without parts.

I hope some of the HRBusiness Partner Directors get reduced. They are an arrogant group that seems to take pleasure in these activities! Particularly in Operations!! It’s time to let them see how this feels.
