There are several in Indianapolis that are looking for a reason to leave including the number one and number three. Once that happens the office will not be sustainable as far as workload and productivity. It will be a fairly quick collapse.

What is a "low performer" is that based on your review, job title, responsibility or what? I have never really heard that term used before.

So Fletcher issued an email stating that reductions are coming from now until June? Even tho Storey stated there would be no RIF's until the pandemic was over???? Would love to see that email.....

For sure the low performers are gone. For sure anyone close to retirement is gone. These is sleazy as hell when they just got done doing dog and pony shows showing how much more bandwidth our customers are using under the shutdown .... never let a pandemic go to waste ... mass lay-off and outsource to India (who are under lockdown)

Just received an email from Fletcher that head count reductions are coming and adjustments will be made from now until June. This is in IT.
