Interviewing with EX Intel modem SoC team in Munich. What is the expected salary for 10 years of experience?. Are the RSUs issued at Apple level?.

100K RSU seems on the lower side. It's about 50% of the target in SF for a similar role.
4500 people seems excessive. Reports indicated much lesser headcount taken over by Apple.
Negotiate well. Munich is as expensive as San Francisco (for the same sized flats) while the salaries are lower. I am very surprised that they are hiring: Apple's new Dev Center will only have 1500 places, and the Intel site has about 4500 employees. Not everyone got a Job at Apple.
