Yes! That’s what scumbag management has hired a hack “consulting” firm to spew on this forum. Threats and intimidation is the mode of operation of people who depend on our weaknesses and ignorance to maintain power over us. I’ll let everyone in on a dirty little secret, it only takes a small majority to defeat them. When we stand up, they cower down like the weakling that they really are. Their power over us is only as strong as we allow it to be. Like your pay rate? Like your benefits? I’ll let you in on a little secret, you are leaving a lot on the table that USELESS management is sc-aping into their pile for themselves at your expense. Stand up to them and you will get what you work so hard for. It is us vs them, even if they flash that fake smile at you on a daily basis. I assure you, the smile is not genuine and is accompanied by a thought in their mind of how much of a s—er you are and how nice a bonus they get by screwing you.

As a working person I believe that you think a union will save you like the Corona is as virus is just as bad as the news say it is. That's more B.S. I wish everyone the best of luck out there and keep your faith. I know I will and will be working in 2 weeks or less.
There was a time when you could show up, work hard, contribute, and control your own destiny. That isn't true anymore. If you do those things, you will get pay raises. That puts a target on your back for RIF's. Management has convinced themselves that anyone can do your job. They get rid of higher paid people and replace them with lower paid. The lawyers have figured out how to get around the age discrimination so they just willfully do what they want to. Keep thinking you can control your own destiny right up to the point they ask for your badge and put you out the gate.
I see the management hacks have arrived. It’s an insult to all the motivated, intelligent, hardworking people who were “controlling their destiny” who are getting calls that they are laid off. People are to scared to stand/speak up. I feel like toilet paper here. Management gets up to 100 hours free paid time off that doesn’t count towards their sick/vacation time.
