I see some locations/departments already received VSPP offers, what about the rest of us?

I got my VSPP 2 years ago... life is GOOD.
Took VSPP back in March. March 27th was my last day and I have been loving life ever since!! BEST DECISION I HAVE EVER MADE.
We were just offered one in Florida.
I don't believe the VSPP is done. They have offered it once per quarter for at least the past 2 years in our area. They would rather have an all contractor workforce in the field even they do sh– work with zero accountability.
How many more chances do you need, I think they are done. Two years ago they hinted this may be your last chance, if you get offered one now you better jump on it, but I think it’s about over.

Add your name to the EVSPP list and if someone wants to take your job you can get a VSPP.
Asking because I'd be overjoyed to receive an offer.
