On one hand you have people having been let go saying we are top heavy on the other hand you have middle management adding new levels of management. In the past month alone I went from reporting to one manager to three additional mangers, yet I am expected to perform the same job function. The three mangers above me do nothing of value. Each year my roles and responsibilities have been constantly changing and increasing while I never get a shot at career progression despite working 60+ hour each week while my manager had been promoted twice in the last couple of years and seem to get away with little work. Unfair distribution of work and favoritism.

And again over 400 employees lost “our” jobs smh.....
What do you expect from an executive leadership and board that doubled and tripled their compensation. HCSC has lost their way as not for profit under this new leadership group.
