the newbies. Seems this place has been a bit busier these last couple days. Either more of you have been laid off or you are simply figuring out your leaders are worthless. Its ok, it happens to many of us.
Hopefully things will improve although it doesn't appear it will anytime soon.
Those ol'timers are probably punching themselves in the face for not taking that VERP. Lets see how your, "They need me, I can't be replaced" excuse goes. As for people that should be washing dishes instead of leading a sales team....talking about you Malls and a few others...hopefully your time is done here.

Let me apologize if i sounded to harsh or upset during my previous comment. I wasn't and am not mad at anyone, i was just stating my personal facts at the company.
LOL, your funny. Just because i go by Old Timer doesn't mean i'm old. Heck, i can't even sign up for social security for another 10 years, so your diaper comment just doesn't apply to me and oh yeah, chill, i know what it means but thanks for giving your definition. Apparently a lot of you young bucks (that means a "person who is inexperienced in life") are in the tower and don't realize that there are things to do on the floor.
I do agree with you though, it's going to get a little worse, some areas more than others but this division will not see the end.
Don't get your diaper in a wad old timer, I think its just referring to the fact that many people could have just taken the package and chilled out (that means 'relaxed' in case you don't know) while all this mess was happening (pre COVID-19). There ain't gonna be no work on the floor....so enjoy the listening to the millennials complain. Unfortunately, it will eventually hit everyone.
33+ years and i'm not punching my face for not taking the VERP. I sit and listen everyday to these young boys who whine and worry about who is getting cut, where are they laying off, this isn't right they need to get rid of the old people first. Well, one day your time will come when you can turn the VERP down, until then, i invite you to come and work with me on the floor. Lets see if you can do my job with accuracy and keep from getting laid off.
