How everyone in your workgroup doing exact same job, can work from home but one person . The same person with the most seniority and in a high risk group? Guess the Final decision will be made by Covid-19. I see more lawsuits in your future. Probably brought by survivors.

About 1/3 of the guys in my crew “work” from home. Nothing to do with a virus, been doing it for a couple years. 8 AM, start your day from the kitchen table. After breakfast and a good bowel movement mosey on in to pick up the truck. Hard one to understand when you’re getting the 90 day notice.
maybe because that person has their own health issues, or is a caregiver for someone with health issues
