Heard that same rumor about mandatory Vacation week of 4/6
Also, mandatory vacation is coming on April 6th through April 9th. Just like the July shutdown.
However, likely that if Ford takes any stimulus money from the FEDs, they cannot lay-off any employees for a period of time. They could offer voluntary buyouts like they did in 2008. Guess we’ll have to see.
Expect contract agency reductions first as they are not employed,, then project work, too ( I work in IT and already know some projects going to be cut and/or slow walked. Also was told today I would likely end up somewhere else soon due to current project cuts).

I would imagine the same at Ford within a couple of days. Company cannot sustain itself without any revenue for weeks on end good luck everyone!
Rumor is coming soon. Ford financials are expected to be hit very badly by this virus.
