He is extremely wealthy and likely on a set schedule otherwise his timing is awful. Stock is up 30% in three days and right back in its normal range. Nothing specific to uhg except risk to a large number of hospitalizations due to covid. We dont know the impact yet.
He's definitely looking out for himself!
Dumping 35k shares when you own over 1.5m shares is no big deal. Looks like he wants a tax break by taking the thousands of dollars of losses on taxes. Or he's dumping before they hit $100 a share.
He sees the balance sheets and knows uhc is the next Enron
