Wilmington has always been laying off people every year for the past at least 10 years. At other locations too. Management at this company cannot be trusted. When I was there for 2 years, I saw at least 10-15 (out of my division of 200 people) got fired/laid off.

Wilmington had its day...maybe 40 years ago. Deadwood has outnumbered "real" management for a long time....
