nvf+144kyU6D You must not work at Ford or are not familiar with the scale of people supporting ICE versus electric. The people they are getting rid of are not focused on ICE. Also, all the new hires are by no means focused to support electric. What is going on is pure and simple age discrimination.
Kids being the literal kids with zero work experience that won't do any work because it stresses them out. That sit on their phones all day on social media and wander around taking selfies. Kids that we are told to not assign to much work to and give it to others because we need to be careful about their feelings. Upper management literally telling us to treat them like the special butterflies they are, however work everyone else into the ground to take up the slack. Treating everyone over the age of 35 like they are worthless dinosaurs won't help your business model.
