Where do we go from here

So Hackett has been so in love with the kids, and nothing but scorn for anyone with experience - what the heck cards does he have left to play. We see the self serving nature of the kids playing out with the pandemic - yep good luck. Hackett bet the farm on them. NOW they expect those of us with experience to pull Ford out of this pit because the kids are now sitting around without a clue. If Ford wants to survive this mess...get rid of Hackett NOW! ENOUGH of this c-ap!

April 14 is a pipe dream. SE Michigan data shows in two-three weeks we will be at the top of the infection curve.
Everyone needs to be mentally prepared to be invited to NOT return from the mandatory Easter vacation.

Pretty darn scary to work at this company. With Humpty and Dumpty in control. The. Ford family hires only meat cutters and. Yes people to do their dirty work. Really amazing that they stayed in business this long. A great deal of hard workers, and class B stock shares. Time. For the White Collar. To say enough.

When someone uses "OK Boomer" its a sign of a young person who doesnt get it. Their heads have been pumped so full of nonsense, they actually think that they have the answers. Well @1lnc and @pyc, let me fill you in on a little secret.... Your professors and the media filled you so full of fantasies that you actually believe all you've heard. Its time to zip your collective lip, put down your phone, get off of social media and learn... You might know how to design a fuel injector or post a number to the general ledger, or write a bit of code, but you know NOTHING! Listen to us boomers because we were in your shoes 30, 40 years ago. The only difference was that in those non-pc days the old-timers would actually tell us to shut the F up. You cant do that today because feelings will get hurt.

Oh look, people throwing around Ok Boomer - now that's mature. Let's not forget the person that started throwing around that Ford is a dinosaur is himself a 64 year old retiree. Bill Ford is 62. Jim Fareley is 57. So you got all those Boomers in charge telling you that everyone else over the age of 45 is old and useless but them? nvf+144kyU6D You must not work at Ford or are not familiar with the scale of people supporting ICE versus electric. The people they are getting rid of are not focused on ICE. Also, all the new hires are by no means focused to support electric. What is going on is pure and simple age discrimination.

Kids being the literal kids with zero work experience that won't do any work because it stresses them out. That sit on their phones all day on social media and wander around taking selfies. Kids that we are told to not assign to much work to and give it to others because we need to be careful about their feelings. Upper management literally telling us to treat them like the special butterflies they are, however work everyone else into the ground to take up the slack. Treating everyone over the age of 35 like they are worthless dinosaurs won't help your business model.
