Yes, probably. Of course the peons will get it while they keep most of the management cause they are all buddies with each other or they are husbands and wifes.

Jeff will use this as the opportunity, that he has mentioned, to shutter the facility and move production to either Houston, or Mexico.
The acreage will still serve the purpose of long term equipment storage, until Ritchie Brothers, can hold an on-site auction, instead of moving it to their auction yard in Ft. Worth.
Layoffs are temporary as well.
I doubt it. A temporary plant shutdown will probably be mandated though.
