Renton plant flow day 5 2nd shift is to not return to work due to a worker th tested positive for covid-19. I got call from manager say we are not to return until 3/31/20. I myself am going to be tested tomorrow as I feel that I have a 90% chance of catching the bug. As a worker went home Tuesday and I guess test came back Friday so many people were in exposed area for many days. I guess simple green doesnt work as disinfectant after all. Who would of thought?
My manager just told me that if I’m unhappy, go find a different job, let alone one that would even come close to Paying me $40 bucks an hour. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?!? Who says that....... unethical. Unprofessional. Unreasonable. How could he even say that.... I’m a union Boeing assembly mechanic of 3 years with a diploma, So many companies would die to have me and probably pay me WAY more!

Unfortunately, not many companies have stepped forward with interest in the commercial aircraft units. Military Unit will be sold in its entirety to a yet to be annouced defence conglomerate.
