Great point. The small voices in the workplaces in our country are getting sick and tired of being sick and tire. I think this volcano is slowley erupting.

Shot the genral for failure but get no where fast with the next loser.
This company forgot that the employee at the bottom does the work .if you treat your employee as a monkey servant than you get monkey servant workmonkeyship. That 737 piece of cr-p has so many red tag since it creation it can be built by stapling ncr tags together to form a plane.
The promotion of butt kissing a--holes and the offload of training by manager and bargin unit Lead a-s kisser to the next person is typical of Boeing.

I hate when I go to a social engagement and somebody ask me were I work and having to lie about it because the world is pi---d at aviation safety. Boeing leading the way to the bottom and other companies following them.

Boeing leaders and CEO are ruining the culture with political agendas.. we need to focus on building quality products and not talk world politics, this is an engineering company not a White House.

Recently, the CEO Calhun made a comment about Israel Palestine conflict taking side with Israel who is commiting a genocide in Palestine with airstrikes on civilians. There are co workers here who have families in Palestine getting wiped out, he did not comment on the genocide by Israel, if he does not show support to the victims of Palestine, my resignation letter is awaiting me.

Mr. Calhun, you better don't talk politics about a sensitive event without thinking twice, not your job in this company to spread your political agendas and poison people's minds.

@j3uys+1423yqpy. I don't understand how you got fired.

You have all the Boeing qualities

Entitlement (thinking everything should be easy and given to you), trying to buy your way in or out of things (vouchers for the van pool), and completely full of yourself.

Gosh, you should have made executive by now. It takes talent to have all those advantages and traits and still get fired.

VPs and the CEO are doing doing just enough to see that Boeing exists until their retirement. They're hiding behind nonsensical terms such as digital engineering and buzz words but have no vision.

This company has alway built cr-p but that was new Tec and science and that covered any crash 50 to sixty year ago.
The clown and monkey show to date can't pull that BS any more.
The new generation with a push of a button on a phone can have a company rated and have that company stock drop in a sec .

Boeing is all about "what looks good" and not about what IS good. Diversity? They know how to make it look like its not a good old boys club, but you learn to see through it very quickly. Safety? Its all about safety, until it gets in the way of their bottom line. Anyone who works there knows what this means. COVID response? Yeah, they make you wear masks, push tables apart, and put red Xs everywhere, but if you're smart, you won't report that you have COVID or were exposed to it. Their system for determining who needs to quarantine and who doesn't makes no sense.
Boeing is about image and what makes them look favorable on the surface. But if you work there even a couple of years, you see it's all image and no substance.
They aren't woke. They just like to look the part. They aren't safety or health conscious. They just do what looks good.
I don't care how safe the planes are anymore. Working there has left such a bad taste in my mouth, I would sooner fly on a Russian or a Chinese plane before flying on Boeing simply out of spite and bitterness.

BOEING should get the the Union at Wpg Boeing to show how to f-c up .and union bust. These id--ts negotiated a wage increase which increased the union due amout than had the employee pay for their Ltd benefits which increased with the amount of dead beats the company hires. Mostly waste of space kids from a bunch of cu-t witches. .Than have the employee pay for a mandator r.r.s.p program This trick is to take both Employee contribution and companies and place it at max investment but only give the employee the amount he or sHE requested on their investment not the profit the company collects .This happened in in the USA but was caught by irs for not filing a 401 on the profits.

When the Boeing company is back up and running and gutting the company for profit.Theirs leadership should hire the 2169 to show how to labour bust and saleout.

Monkey and cu-t Canada

So many things wrong with Boeing.
Diversity, id--tic/clueless leadership, the wokeness, the large and utterly clueless work force that should've never been hired in the first place.
The engineering department that d I c ked up so many programs in the last 20+ years and have never answered for it....

This company is screwed, and they brought it all on themselves thanks to the d-mb f v c k corporate executive management who should all be penniless and homeless right now.
Thanks a s s clowns.

The company is eating it self out from the center. The leadership role is to sale off and out sorce everthing for credit and bonus themself for failier. This company had a edge in business over other companies which they lost. New companies are coming up and Boeing is going from second place in a 2 horse race to third place in a three horse race . .

Oh, I don't know, maybe staying open and continuing to ignore the truths around them until an employee with 27 years of service died from a virus that's "just the flue"...
You know, it was an obvious acceptable risk to the bean counter. Obviously they have learned NOTHING over the last year or so.

Diversity pushed at every chance.
Schedule of delivered aircraft is King instead of quality, just listen to SDC manager Erik Nelson-thats all he gives a sh– about. When lack of quality is brought up from long time employees he just bleats on with "schedule is King". A true id–t.
Quality of product from the factory due to QA seeming to not do their jobs.
Endless NCR's and Pick Up requirements because of thing's done or not done by the factory or vendors.
dumb–s second level managers who have no idea what they're doing reflected in their lack of management skills.
Institutionalized employees who are more useless but they're protected by the even more useless Union and Boeing itself.
Competent employees from the outside treated like they've never seen an airplane before because "you're new to Boeing, therefore you don't know anything about aviation".
I've never seen a larger group of extremely naive and stupid employees as I have at Boeing.
Boeing isn't what the real world of everyday aviation is, but they think they are. It's truly laughable.

Ive observed the same misguided discriminatory Boeing policy . Boeing will put unqualified people in positions for no other reason than their physical appearance , gender, skin color etc, regardless of qualifications You have these unqualified “Leaders” that are a patronizing joke. They are being used and exploited by Boeing. They are simply tokens that everyone laughs at and rolls their eyes at behind their Boeing backs. Unfortunately this is the sad truth at Boeing.

Boeing fosters many flavors of discrimination including prejudice and abuse for honest, hard working employees. This is no company for white males unless you are political and well connected. if you’re a white male Joe at Boeing you are definitely on some kind of list

The culture in the supply chain management organization in Everett was absolutely appalling. As a procurement agent for BCA supply chain, I've witnessed my fair share of verbal abuse, talking about employees behind their backs to their managers to get them in trouble to give their team a leg up during promotions, and upper level management completely disconnected with analysts and agents. Boeing is so short term thinking that they give their low level employees a ton of work for little pay and is fine with turnover rates at +50%. Just like developing the max that has a center of gravity problem that physics can't fix, Boeing's culture won't be turned over even in a few years. It's going to take half a decade at the minimum for this to heal. What was envied as the epitome of American manufacturing is now the laughing stock of the corporate world.

Management and The Dark Side of Human Nature.
Many are very talented, an equal number are most interested in what
they can get away with, both in meeting their quota no matter what and
extolling their greatness especially if they have no distinguishing abilities
other than to run their mouth.

Morale!!! For the 10 years I have worked at Boeing, Morale positivity and simple words of encouragement have gone from few and far between to non existence. This starts at the very top. I bet if you where more appreciated and encouraged the majority of p–p will stop. For one example, I see management listed a few times. If Boeing would hire and train there managers right and not just give it to anyone that thinks they can manage people we wouldn’t have to deal with a lot it of the Bull. If it where more enjoyable to go to work, wouldn’t you be more inclined to want to get involved and be go the extra!?

Terrible Management. Nobody from the floor wants to do the temp management program because it's such a sh–ty job. Basically now you get the worse of the worst taking management jobs because you can make make more money on the floor. Money and benefits are great but our terrible leadership is what is going to k–l Boeing in the end. These guys and gals are f-ing r—ds and they know who they are. I don't know how much longer we can survive carrying on like this.
