The American red union went on strike due to same as above but haven't dealt with their National just yet but will.

The strike is due to union national not reading the worker but takes the word of sherkers. (16 years of dead wood union rep getting paid with their feet up)
The sherker will agree to the first offer like Wpg yellow union
This fact in USA and Canada.
But yellow turns red when workers figure they got sold out by national local union with their feet on desk getting paid with benifits and their penions not effected.

How many leaders since the sh-t hit the fan have came and left with the golden hand shake .
There hasten been word from the ethic dept since the problem that they created started. .They must of crawled under the rock that they came from but will be on the job to punish the lowly employee as soon as the heat off.Their job to scream and point at the lowly employee not the top who writes their checks. $$$$ has been the major problem from the start .Their heads on plater may help this company growth and integrity
The next problem is this company can't handle 3 ba--s without dropping one.The comercal airline portion has become a complete fubar. The modern Eng and Managers can't even read the Master build plan that explain how to set up your company to build at a large scale .The answer is in the book but it clouded because it can't be spent

They need major overhaul on dr-g testing to many folks high on the job.Dr-g test everyone and see how many come out clean Job fair would be coming soon after.Should be random in every cell once a week to many pot heads working on something your family flies on.Forget HRC and CEI SCORES focus on quality work with the hard working people maybe reaping some better benefits not handing out 35millon for people that don’t do cr-p

Lost in space rockets, door coming off aircraft ,engine fires and so forth this company has a problem.
Worked for 30 plus at boeing and talked to both F.a.a and Dot on this subject .They said they know about this game for years and have to have the president of usa ground this company by law. BOEING ROCKETs WILL HAVE TO BE INCLUDED IN GROUNDING NEXT TIME.
I watch the boeing gang play their game of stab the worker and promote the shurkers.

The kaboom rocket was almost kaboom with a defective pump .The story of the delay of kaboom rocket due to the drill hole, check hole, check for burs ,check calibration , Repeat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was to Tec and time consuming for the bean counters. So it was
revamped to the Boeing way of drill hole drill another than another then a few more.The
Gasket blows out due to burs not checked and Kaboom. The company veiw was it was a write off time and material and party balloon money only. I hope this rocket ride goes well for the safety of the Marshmellows in side the great Kaboom ride this fry day.

ALL BOEING SITES have been pushing defective parts out the door on face value that what they build isn't a piece of cheap cr-p with a lot of parasite NBU attachments req onboards to push that cr-p out the door with a chart.
The point being ( It not us it them ) bobble heads employees with the same ethics at all sites are building defect aircraft together under the same poor leaders.

They fired another leader with a golden hand shake. They appointed a cheerleader this time .Mrs Boeing going to get a hand full of boeing stock worth 180$ run the bull sh-t machine up to 225$ quit for what ever reason and get about 25$ a share plus a bonus god bless America . The golden rrsp program. The actual work will be done with sh---y cheap details and part aiglment as it always have.

The day they ground 737 max the 777x max was pushed back in to the hanger and covered with a paint cloth.
Engine fires tail non responsive and other wonders of much larger 777 max cr-p.

I love my work, truly dread walking into Boeing everyMonday. Endless lies and slogans of the week. Mid / senior eaders believe the corporate speak spouted by executives managing by spread sheets, out of touch with reality. Simply put an organization led by accountants, managed by Lawyers. The morale at my b/u is lower than low. We constantly meet/exceed goals of delivering perfect quality. Yes, some of the Boeing units do. Muilenburg is a perfect example. Prima donna spouted the bs he was fed by underlings, trashed the kid in the left seat. All he was concerned with was his little bike rides. POS had a mattress replaced in the corporate Challenger and a mount installed so he could ride a stationary bike in flight. Current guy no better. Just look a stock value.
