FB gives $1000 to every employee

Now contrast this gesture with the LR5s tactics. In fact clawing back the 2019 and 2020 KEIP and KERP monies and then splitting with all employees...80 mil / 11000 employees....you do the math. I don't expect anything from the LR5 but I am wondering how many gallons of sanitizer and truckloads of toilet paper they have acquired. Shame shame

I just laugh any time someone complains about 401k match that its bS because its matched in stock. Everyone I know has for years pretty much always just immediately moved it into other funds, etc. and never kept it in Windstream stock.

I specifically asked about merit / cost of living increases and was told yes. Position accepted.

No increases over almost 4 years.

Got a RIF ticket.

Couldn't be happier now. Y'all are a holes just looking to turn up those LR5.

I only lasted 18 months at Windstream after they purchased the company I worked for prior to my resigning. No raises at Windstream, the 401k was in company stock so essentially no 401k match and the benefit contributions skyrocketed and the health insurance was the worst I had ever heard of. My take home pay was $400 less a month overnight without a salary reduction. The following year my take home pay was yet again reduced due to increased benefit contributions and tax increases. Your check literally gets smaller every year you stay at windstream. Who in their right mind would EVER work for such a company?! You people are crazy......

If they can identify a way to cut your paycheck to put more money in their pocket they would do it in a second.
