Trash this company on your way out! All those managers and directors that did nothing but dump work on to you. Make sure they know you and your knowledge will be missed! Don’t train anyone on the way out! Make their lives a living hell so they realize they need the experienced people to do the work!

You'd be surprised at how many directors are saying these ridiculous goals are possible without consulting with their team. Lower managers are the blame for everything.
It isn't the Managers and in most cases not even Directors. It's the VPs and higher that refuse to allow positions to be filled. Managers are feeling this too. They don't want to keep putting more work on people, but have no choice.

I sold my stocks at $279. I hope that all these exec's get screwed by this stockmarket tanking. We all know this company isn't worth c-ap now that all the best people are leaving.
I agree, we've been used, abused, harassed, bullied and now it's time for the perpetrators to eat it.
