Another message from Cap'n Obvious: Seagate is like a ship in a storm. A leaking ship in a storm. While top management moves their cash and butts into lifeboats (under cloak of darkness), engineers maintain their posts and watch the portholes implode as water gushes in. Meanwhile, a recorded voice from Fearless Leader blares over the loudspeakers: "MAINTAIN YOUR POST! WEATHER THE STORM! WE'LL FACE IT TOGETHER!!" All the lights short out, with sparks. Of course by that time, the CEO is miles away from the flotsam field, in a yacht you ultimately paid for, planning what discount stocks to buy next. The very essence of Business Excellence.

Huh? Rates are tanking, so property will fare much better than stock indices. See 2000 dot-com implosion and its effect on property values. Even if this thing hangs on folks will still need a house to quarantine themselves in, vs. spending on vacations, cars, etc,
