Heard that ICUE will be gone In 3 years. What will replace it?

Only in the US is the ability to see a doctor a "benefit" "perk" what a bad joke empire. Now we have to Polish the CV and and smile and act like we like this feces. We got a few granola bars and capt crunch from the free snacks —It helped becuz we were making peanuts. They told us to smile and we were family.
United States of India will replace it.
A new Optum clinical system is being built in India. It's supposed to be designed to replace all clinical applications in use at UHC and Optum. No more ICUE no more Community Care.
Good Riddance to ICUE....what a c-appy application.
When will they bring back PYT?
I’m not surprised...seems like it was high maintenance...
Some groups are already moving off of it. I’m surprised it’s going away considering how much money was put into it
