Can anyone spill the tea on this new vacation policy?

It is on the Quad. Tldr; no carryover. Simplification of how to keep track of days off. One extra day of PTO-er floating Holidays since most have had to use PTO for holidays not covered by Follett in the past, the label has changed. Accrual rates have changed too. They named ‘bring back carryover!’ First. They acknowledged it then gas lit by shifting towards a change in accounting methods. So really, nothing changed.
Whatever it is our boss will find ways of abusing it.
This dude takes more time off than the president...just ups and leaves at the drop of a hat!
So new pro policy? Great video.
Whatever it is expect a big letdown compared to the hype.
Sick days don’t get paid out on separation and don’t carry over year to year. Sounds like a budget decision
We’ve had lump PTO in corporate for a few years, we think it’s going back to separate Sick/vacation buckets because then people will be less likely to use all of their days.
My guess would be a lump sum of PTO rather than sick, personal, and vacation days.
