Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Layoffs get better jobs

Vizient, Navigant, and Premier cleaning up on getting good employees
More and more people leaving this company. They will not have additional layoffs because there will be no employees left! Everyone leaving for other opportunities and going to other firms. Vizient, Navigant, and Premier cleaning up on getting good employees.

Those that are left having to work 60 hours week while only posting 40 because of the utilization policy here. No growth, no advancement, and no experienced hires left. Only old timers hanging on to their old ways and all new MD's trying to direct a company they know nothing about.

Supposedly the leadership conference will re energize everyone. No trust no loyalty. Very depressing. Other firm's pipelines must be great because they are hiring Huron people.

No need to criticize your decision. In fact, I applaud it. Milk them for all they're worth.

Don’t think any call could put a shine on this company’s demise. Prolonged low share price means lack of investor confidence, as no long term future. Banks unwilling to lend money for investment without high interest and unlikely they will have capital to invest and will need to seek more shares just to keep level. The best hope and most likely outcome is a takeover of what’s left. But it’s hard to see anything of value in the carcass or where they expect any growth to come from. There is too much reputations damage from loyal clients getting stuffed that I can’t see the remaining shareholders tolerating this mess much longer and will oust the current guy like they did to the previous if there are no signs of a tangilble strategic plan soon to either grow some part of the business or accept the inevitable hostile bid for what’s left.

Nothing wrong with staying in for a payout as there’s little intrinsic value or worth doing anything else at the moment. The ‘let’s all pull together’ mentality is long gone. When the hull is underwater you can cling to the lookout until that sinks too.

It's not true that there aren't pay rises and bonuses, they do get given but to management grades. If your a grunt then you cant wait for another 10 years of negative pay, by that time the employee cost will be so low DXC will start to win a bid.

Until then keep listening to the bull there will be no action.

True. I am one of those still hanging around, while encouraging my younger colleagues to look for greener pastures. And, they have done so successfully.

I am old-timer 59+, too comfortable with the remote work, however put less than 40/week.

Now, go ahead, critize me or not, just wanted to share the reality and confirm the OPs post.
