What has everyone received as a “Severance Package”? How much did they pay and what were you given? How do they calculate it?

I was laid off. My last day was 1/2. I sent in my severance agreement that day. I got my severance check on 1/24.
Severance payout is based on your grade level and years of service. There's a table in the severance packet that outlines the payouts. A rough estimate is 1-1.5 weeks of base pay for every full year of service. Minimum amount is 3 weeks of base pay. Maximum amount for any pay grade is 26 weeks. Depending on the laws in your state, PTO may or may not be paid out to you as part of your severance.
