I would like to know if anyone has gone back as agency or purchased service since being let go via SIRP from the LL6 ranks?

After being SRD'd, I left with cardboard box in hand. The manager across the hall invited me to reapply as an agency head stating: "...you're too valuable to loose..."
Yeah right, if I was so valuable — why was I let go in the first place? Not interested now.
I was asked to come back as a SME. The LL5 was shocked that I declined. In his mind it was a great honor and opportunity. In my mind it was a return trip to Hades.
Always keep moving forward in life is my advice.

Revenge is the reason why you should go back, let them pay you for the damage you could do to them by being one of them once again !
Have some respect for yourself. Unlike some who begged for mercy, and literally got on there knees and cried, and accepted a “2” level downgrade, who with any self respect would go back into this hell hole.
I agree @1am - Not sure why anyone would want to go back after the way they treated us...
