In office seeing more departures that on surface appear to be voluntary but seem to be some deal negotiated so they will just leave. Generally not managers but worker bees that need a check and live in rural areas.
Been around too long and these dont seem like ordinary attrition. Buyout packages in the works? Any details? Would be great to bring the voluntary severance offer back.
But then again WIN is broke and executives need their bonuses and parachutes so who knows...
Also noticed hypervigilance from some of these people on Stream leading up to last day. Like super pumping all the posts by directors etc.. Reminds me of re-education camps in 1984. Like they get told to be a cheerleader for a month or so before their departure and WIN makes it worthwhile to them with advance notice and severance.
Anybody get one of these offers? How to get one?
