Xerox is imploding , I several cores who received 60 days notices Friday , most VP are being demoted and long term managers let go , I’m a 25 year Global manager and it is sad to see they have destroyed a solid company like Global . The employees left are scared to death tomorrow is their last day , only people who feel somewhat safe are the technicians . If your in toner , admin , lease admin , a manager , well get ready to get your severance. Great news is most former Global owners have started over and in just a few years everyone will have a place to land and watch the Grave Stone placed over Xerox

Raises this year. Bonus this year. Well, in theory. Maybe something will suddenly come up to change that.

Prove me wrong... what is 1 initiative Xerox has taken over the past 12 months to improve the customer experience. Name 1 successful initiative... You can’t! Everything being done is to cut expenses with the customer experience the very damn last thought in the process. It’s all about boosting profitability at the customer expense so Icahn can maximize his investment. Show me the super impressive new technologies coming out of the Tech Powerhouse... Vader? Yeah, let’s buy a father/son experimental 3D printer company with no customers to Jack stock price for a quarterly conference call. I spent 25 years in Xerox. I’ve seen it all. This is the end game right now. The company is utter c-ap and the only end game at this point is a merger or complete collapse. HP says he’ll no, so Xerox better find another s—er or you won’t be able to sell your “production” machines soon as Xerox will be extinct.

@1qhh+13tzUDtT says the guy working for a company with annual revenue declines of 10% YOY in desperation mode to combine with HP while all your internal support staff is eliminated and outsourced and the company moves to a model of sales and service working from their homes rather than offices, because god forbid paying rent for a regional office is too much for Xerox... Only an id–t wouldn’t recognize Xerox is in desperation mode. Some people stood on the Titanic in disbelief as it sunk. Seems you are in that circle.

Training the offshore team makes me feel positive that
A) you can't fix stupid
B) Xerox management is dumber than they are
C) They should rename the company "Dumb and Dumber"

@1qbc+13tzUDtT Xerox’s customers are becoming Woke. LOL Are they now?

So wait, you're the competition? But these businesses have our machines? Should be easy to go win them over then. Why are you wasting time on this forum?

I can't even be mad at you, bro. LOL Enjoy your fat checks! Pro tip: go use your resources for something more productive.

Stay "woke!" ROFLMAO

I work for your competitor. Your customers with your new production equipment regret their decision. Talking to people in India for support for 30 minutes and hanging up confused when a call use to take 5 minutes with experienced support doesn’t help a business run successfully and efficiently. Xerox’s customers are becoming Woke. And I’m laughing all the way to the bank each month with my paychecks. By the way, I’m former XBS that left last year so I know the skinny..

We had a great year last year installing new production equipment. Several of which knocked out competitive equipment. On the bad side, I'm not looking forward to outsourced 2nd level support.

It's easier to get a parking spot as the Webster, NY campus slowly becomes a ghost town. Half or more of the buildings have no one or close to no one in them.

It’s a job. All about a paycheck. That’s about all I can say. I truly miss my fellow workers who were let go or left on their own.
