March 3rd; confirmed.
Probably the first week in March. That seems to be the trend. This way you have your benefits until the end of the month and can get all those medical, dental, vision appointments done & pr-scrip-ions filled.
Why wait around start looking and if you get a severance even better
Just know that they don't care about you. They only are about making profits. That's it. It doesn't matter when what time, what date, etc. They dont care about you. Never did. That's American reality.
Sorry to hear about all the lay-offs! Though the times are difficult and in shock and disarray, think how valuable you are! Not sure what your departments/specialties are but I am sure competitors would gladly scoop you up!
This really doesn't make much sense, I know in FWAE, they are posting openings on job boards. If you have credentials and education, look them up and get the requisition number and apply.
One of the weeks in March is good enough. Why do you need the exact date. You'll hear on here when they start and be looking at your inbox waiting worrying not caring about what day it is.
I just hate this place now. It would be a relief to be laid off. Optum and uhg are full of money hungry a–holes who like to work you to the bone. Life is too short for this sh–
if you look under the UNITED HEALTHCARE GROUP ,INC threads, there is a poster, who reportedly has direct knowledge of March dates for layoffs at Optum- poster mentioned March 3rd and March 5th.
What teams? Do you know?
