Involuntary separation coming soon

In the Colorado region, we’re getting reports of an involuntary separation that will affect customer data techs and central office techs among other smaller work groups. Techs in the BBNOC have stated that they too are subject to this surplus. We’re expecting an official notification any time now with further details.

Unions will not be a factor shortly!

It’s unclear on title numbers as there is so much overlap in titles because of the way the union protects small groups by lumping them in with larger titles.

Let us know when it happens. BBNOC got a voluntary offer yesterday. Doesn't make sense to do an involuntary before that one closes, but this is L3.

How many CO techs do you have? How many Customer Serv Techs do they have? In the south, it's been decimated already. Probably will get worse though.

I guess they want to reduce headcount before the STI payout in March

It’s ironic that any time they have an earnings call with the shareholders and don’t have any good news, they want to be able to tell them that they’re cutting the workforce.
