360 feedback should be standard for a manager, that way they will be true, honest, fair and a doer.

At the moment they are just takers, skewers, and none rewarded.

I did. In hindsight, this was an error.

No none of them all of them were snakes and didn't invest in me at all - endless saddling me with other peoples work, out of hours call, no training, no support and no reward in any of my appraisals.

Sal should stop yapping and do - get rid of the deadwood and duplicate, ineffectual management in this company. One way is for getting management to reapply for their jobs every 2 years, having groups vote for a manager in the group and 360 degree feedback.

Of course not my managers functional and people are both legacy HPES and I am Legacy CSC. So don't trust them. I sent emails with questions and never get an answer. I am sick with this F'en company.

But jobs for over 61 years old are not out there. So I stay a bit longer. Come 62 with Social Security I may just leave, no notice no nothing. Just stop working
