I find this merry-go-round dizzy. OXY buys COP land in Energy Corridor, spent millions on refurb, stop refurbish, sell twin towers and Energy Corridor plant, lease building in Woodlands back, expand lease at Greenway ... geez, one would think OXY was a land development company.
Because they need more space for offices and amenities. Duh!
