How can I get fired ? I can’t stand working here anymore.

If you can't figure out what to do to get fired, you have bigger problems than working at Macy's.
Put yourself in bubble wrap because if you get hurt your life will be hell or it depends on where you work.
If you are unhappy, which I get- I used to work for Macy’s, why don’t you quit? Why would you rather get fired?
Say another associate smells bad and tell the truth and they will fire you like they did me.

Without knowing what role you’re in, the answer that best covers it is to do your job as half heartedly as you can until you’re at a level that it is tolerable. It is win-win. If you’re fired for performance, so what? You hate it anyway. If you stick around until your business unit or store is eliminated then take your severance (and if you’ve been there long enough) and take a lump sum pension and put it in your own IRA. Keep taking their cash until they ask you not to come in anymore. Whatever you do, don’t put in the effort there that makes you miserable. Life is too short.

It was essentially layoffs with only a week's notice. In CA, the law has it that they still have to pay for 60 days whether you work or not followed by severance and bonus. As for the other parts of the country, you are screwed by a company who doesn't care about the service or the loyalty of it's employees.
