Had an FRA reportable injury and was treated for it, turned it into a manager and filled out the paperwork....
DTO had me come on in the next day and say how it would "be bad for the service unit if this were reported" ...basically got the strong arm and they tore it up

the company doesn’t believe in accidents so the employees must be getting hurt on purpose at least that what they seem to think. One location already has three injuries and they were all serious injuries, it be interesting to hear how many other locations have had a recent spike in injuries and just how their management team is handling them.
I hope all the managers that thought they were so smart with their binoculars spying and sneaking up on worker's were worth it.
