I suggest that somebody needs to monitor the productivity of the people monitoring my productivity!

Ireland teams! They don’t know anything so they micromanage and take all the praise for it and no appreciation for the work being done.
Yes! It's a whole bunch of micromanagement! Get a job (because they aren't doing anything except watching the rest of us work)!
