Today was unfortunate for many employees, especially to the ones the let go. Are we expected to have more layoffs this year?

Leadership, such as Wichmann and Whitty sleep at night by looking at their bank accounts and United’s stock price before they fall asleep... 0 appreciation and consideration for the people who got them to where they are today. It’s all about “status” and money for them. Karma can be a bit-h tho!
I was let go today and screwed out of the bonus I worked hard for. $30k gone - poof. This round is a gut punch as no one will get their RRP - we are all one day short. You have to be working ON 2/21 to get it. I don't know how the leaders hear sleep at night. It is terrible. I obviously has plans for that money that was coming in 2 weeks. I am just sick.

Yes next RIF will be in March. Once I have the exact date I will start a new thread. UHG Has been laying off employees since May 2019. I was laid off in oct 2019.
